Arrival Time
Welcome to Oceans!  Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This is a home office with attention to detail for your relaxation needs.

Cancellation Policy
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. I ask that you give me a 24 hour advance notice if you need to cancel your service, at no charge.  If your appointment is not cancelled within the 24 hour period, I consider your appointment confirmed.

Late Arrival
All appointments are designed to allow appropriate time for your treatment. If you arrive late, it will limit my ability to provide the fullest possible experience. Your cooperation and understanding in this regard will ensure that I can provide you a full, relaxing service.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates must be presented prior to service.  Expired gift  certificates are up to the discretion of business owner.  Gift certificates are non-refundable and used for massage only.
